The air conditioning or fan would have been a nice touch!!! The layout could use better informational aids, such as a folder for easy reference!!! The traffic noise is bothersome for restful sleep!!!

Comfortable room simply furnished. Family room was a small studio apartment so plenty space. Quiet location but only 10 minute walk to town centre.
Cold buffet breakfast with limited choice but ok for price. Reception closed over lunch with limited facility for storing luggage.

The hotel is big and fairly clean with a lovely restaurant, I had a very enjoyable stay. The room was brand-new with private bathroom. Very amiable staff, everything was very good. The location was excellent, for example, a municipal museum was not very far from the property.

The room was tidy, with a spacious layout, made moving around easy. I loved having a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing morning coffee. The wifi was reliable, allowing me to stay connected effortlessly throughout my stay.

Convenient location and easy access to Rennes centre, secure car parking available on site - a bonus if you're driving to Rennes as not many city centre hotels offer this.

The room is very clear with small corner of ketchen. Good enough for 2 persons. Price/quality is very good. The personal of the hotel is very nice. The area is very quite. Location is 8 minutes from the metro station "Saint Anne". If you take the metro from the Gare of Rennes, you need around 15-20 minutes to arrive in the hotel.
The boiler for the shower is installed in the room ,rather than in toilettes, a bit strange. The shower does not work very good.

The staff was very accommodating, and the well-equipped kitchenette made it easy to prepare meals. Being close to the city center was a huge plus (exploring local cafes was really fun!).

The apartment was huge. One room could have slept 4 with a kitchenette and dining table, wired internet (free) and a TV. The second bedroom had double bed, TV and a desk. All very clean and well equipped. There was a great choice at the breakfast buffet.
Mattresses and pillows were a little uncomfortable. They charged for our 4 year-old twins full price for breakfast.

The hotel is in the University area and has a nice buzz. Close to restaurants and historical squares like Place Saint Anne, Place des Lices. Metro within a 5 minute walk. Very pleasant and efficient staff. The kitchenette in the room means you can prepare snacks or a drink with ease
