The air conditioning or fan would have been a nice touch!!! The layout could use better informational aids, such as a folder for easy reference!!! The traffic noise is bothersome for restful sleep!!!

Plus, I was just a hop away from the city center! It did get a bit noisy with the windows open, especially at night. Definitely bring some earplugs!
